Overland Mission Statement
The Overland Group aims to grow its business by putting its clients, partners and staff first.
1. Clients First. This means that we only work with professionals (whether they be healthcare practitioners, solicitors or property investors) with a verifiable track record and a willingness to listen to feedback on their performance. This means that we solicitor feedback from all our patients. If practitioners did not deliver a professional consultation and appropriate treatment or advice we remove them from our panel. It’s as simple as that.
2. Partners are key. We believe that we offer excellent support and value to our fulfilment partners. If they are not delighted with the terms on which we ask them to treat our clients we cannot expect them to deliver the highest standards of professional service. Where-ever possible we charge by results. This means we share the risk whether it be patient attendance or property transaction completion. It also means that we are focused on continual improvement of our services. Whether it be bulk referral files, patient and medical track-and-trace or simply automated quotes and invoices, our ambition is to make it increasingly easy to work with Overland.
3. Colleagues Count. Clients and partners interact daily with our frontline staff. If a client or partner is discourteous to our staff, we want to know why and, if necessary will decline to serve or work with those without manners. Our staff members are supported with extensive training and outstanding technology. Moreover, colleagues feel part of the Overland family and spend lots of time outside of work socialising with family. This is the most important measure of whether Overland is a great place to work.
In business Overland is looking for opportunities to deliver highest level professional services faster and cheaper and than competitors; if we can see how we can achieve this goal profitably – and it makes sense for us to develop our business in a new direction we are up for the challenge. However our primary focus is the health and accident rehabilitation sector.
